Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy These policies apply to all Jet Ski and Jet Car reservations. By booking, the customer agrees to these terms for all guests. Questions, cancellations, rescheduling, or directions: 786-399-4678. Arrival & Check-In: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in, waivers, ID verification, required boating-safety documentation/testing, and the mandatory safety briefing. Check-in closes 20 minutes before departure. By then, all guests must be checked in, paperwork complete, and ready for the safety briefing. Parking, being nearby, or completing paperwork does not count as checked in. Example: For a 2:00 PM departure, arrive by 1:30 PM and be checked in by 1:40 PM. We cannot delay departure, hold the vessel, extend rental time, or repeat safety instructions for late guests. Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Guests not checked in by the 20-minute cutoff are late and cannot board. Late arrivals and no-shows lose the $50 deposit. To reschedule, availability is required, plus a $25 rescheduling fee to secure the new reservation. No refund, credit, or rental-time extension will be issued. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes made at least 24 hours before departure are free. Cancellations receive a refund of the $50 deposit. For rescheduling, the $50 deposit transfers to a new available date and time. Changes within 24 hours: Cancellation forfeits the $50 deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires a $25 fee; the original $50 deposit transfers to the new booking. Weather & Safety: We may delay, modify, shorten, or cancel a trip for unsafe weather or water conditions, mechanical issues, government restrictions, or any safety concern. If we cancel before departure, guests may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund. Light rain, cloudy conditions, or a forecast alone do not qualify for cancellation. Age & Safety: Operators must be at least 18. Non-operating passengers must be at least 10. Operators must show valid government-issued photo ID and complete all required safety requirements. All guests must wear provided life jackets. Alcohol, drugs, impairment, unsafe conduct, or failure to meet documentation or safety requirements may result in refusal of service with no refund. Guests must follow staff instructions, capacity limits, waterway rules, and Florida boating laws. Damage, loss, unsafe operation, or violations may result in additional charges.
